My office-mate just found her daughter's weblog. This afternoon promises to be highly entertaining. :-)

Update: apparently the daughter gave her mother the URL. Go figure. Based on the excerpts I've heard, she may regret that in a few years.

The daughter writes well, too, which makes it even more compelling for her mother. We all got a laugh out of the entry that said, approximately, "I want to get pregnant in the spring, because fall is my favorite season and if I'm going to push an 18-inch blob through a 1-inch hole in my body, I want it to at least be in a season I like". The office-mate confirmed that so far as she knows this is a generic "spring", not a specific one. And yes, we noted the math issue.

(In case you're wondering: before posting this comment I Googled with this description, and will only post now that I failed to find it. I can try to protect her privacy even if she doesn't.)
