I've missed pretty much all of the midwest, and coverage of the south is haphazard. (Most of that was due to some school trips when I was in high school. A certain national convention kept ending up in the same general part of the country -- Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky... just as well, as we were taking buses.)
