I first saw this in [livejournal.com profile] mamadeb's journal, though I snagged this text from [livejournal.com profile] browngirl.

If you want, feel free to post a comment about something you'd like to do with me someday. Then, if you want, you can post the question in your own journal and find out what people want to do with you.

That's easy. I'd like to maestro di ballo while you lead the dance band at the ball at KWDS V. :)

I would like to teach you to read.
*gets tapped on the shoulder*
Huh? She already knows how to read?
Well, shoot. That was my only idea!

I'd like to daven with you, study a page of Talmud, and argue about theology.

Meet in person and have time to talk (ie unlikely at a con when everything's going a mile a minute and there are so many distractions).

I don't think I've yet met someone in person who I'd met online. I keep wondering whether it would feel odd at first or not.

Meet at Pennsic and see your house! Lots of conversation and stuff, too.

Date: 3rd - 6th July 2005. NOT confirmed as the site won't let us book more than one year in advance. I should know for sure by Pennsic.

Our band leader should be at the event but I expect we will need more than one band. I'm hoping some travelling musicians will fill the gaps.

Not this year. We're planning for 2005, though. The hope is to go to Gulf Wars and do a short (trial) Pennsic, since I've never been. I have such weird heat sensitivity that I'll either be fine, or just lay down and not want to do anything. I don't know enough about the area/climate to be able to tell, so we're planning a three day excursion to find out.

Gulf Wars I know I can handle, it's in March (plus I've been there before).

Though if I have many more days at work like today, I may be able to shake the heat sensitivity. Engineers shouldn't have to dig ditches, but that's what I did today (to bury instrumentation cable).

I've said it before, but I do want to go to services with you sometime. It won't be until summer, as I'm so busy it's hard to go to my own services just now. :-)

Talk to you, like people, and just move forward.
