Thanks! My west-coast taper comes through yet again. :-)
If I can't get it locally I'll let you know. I guess the good news is that there's no rush since it was the season finale. (There. That's the best I can do with searches for silver linings.)
I'm amused. When TV stations in Buffalo were changing the schedules wildly for Babylon 5, cellio was sending me tapes of B5 episodes. I didn't know you could hook up a VCR to two TVs at once, until I started throwing B5 parties so all the Buffalo fans could watch the show! :D
So, I guess it's true, cast your bread on the waters, etc. :)
It almost never works out that you end up returning these kinds of favors to your own benefactors, but if we all just pay into the pool when it's needed, the karma will probably be there for us too. :-)
(I had forgotten all about your multi-TV viewing parties. Presumably you just used a splitter, the same way you'd hook up multiple VCRs to the same cable line coming into the house. No reason you couldn't feed multiple TVs from one VCR that way.)
I haven't been able to turn it up locally, so if you'd be willing to pop a copy into the mail, I'd be grateful. (Is there anything I can send you in return?)
I am not home until June 8th but when I get back I shall mail it. I shall get back to you if I can't find your address but I think it's in my Inbox and can easily found.
As for anything to send back in return - thank you for the offer however it is unnecessary. However I seem to remember that you had put together a period songbook. Is that easy to do?
Songbook: I think you're thinking of q_skud_, who compiled some easy-to-sing period music last summer or fall. There's also quite a bit of info online at Greg Lindahl's Music and Dance page, including multi-part music and songs. Does that help?
