This afternoon at the bunny melt someone postulated that anything goes well with either chocolate or garlic, but never both. Someone mentioned mole' sauce, and I commented that I think I would actually enjoy chocolate-covered garlic. And lookie, Google to the rescue!

Hmm. I love chocolate. I love garlic. I think mole sauce is one of the best culinary inventions ever. I happily eat innards and tentacled things. Nonetheless, the chocolate-covered garlic sounds too odd even for me, perhaps because I'm having trouble imagining the taste integration... which means maybe I have to try making it, just to see.

Yeah, that's the only way I can think to get rid of the sulfur compounds (and still leave the result edible).
