This one is especially for nsingman: An (unnamed) company is developing a two-part implantable MP3 player (link from autographedcat). This has "bad idea" written all over it. (I also assume it's a hoax.) But think of the UI implications!

I mentioned the breast-based .mp3 player to my wife and she suggested that testicles could be replaced by implants and then men would actually have a reason to play with themselves.
