What attracts you to the particular type of Judaism you are involved in, and why?

Ah, someone who's requested an essay. :-) I'll try to be brief now but am happy to have a discussion.

A theology that fits with my experience of the world. A level of dedication to study even though we can't know all the answers. The ability to connect with the divine through active worship, and the opportunity to help do that for other people. The encouragement to learn more, explore more, and think more, from many in my congregation and most especially from my rabbi.
