As a holder of a paid LJ account I can currently give out $10 gift certificates toward upgrades to paid accounts. (This can't be used to add time to an already-paid account.) If you want one, comment here. I have 9 more I can give out.

I've never really considered a paid account. I might get a perm one, eventually, but.. no clue how it differs.



I suppose I should look up the privledges, and see what the benefits are of a paid. Then i'd know if $10 helps me at all :)

Well, you don't have to; it's just an offer. Sure, they'd love for you to go out and promote LJ, but I prefer the low-key "have 'em if you want 'em" approach. Though the eBay idea is cute. :-)
