last night of Chanukah

A full chanukiyah makes me happy -- you might say it provides a warm glow.



The commandment is to publicize the miracle, so after a couple minutes that becomes:

What a pretty chanukkiah! We lit 4 our final night, and I loved the double chai represented in the 36 candles. I should get some pictures posted...

That chanukiyah was a present from my parents. We have four or five of them; even though we got married in the spring, we got several. They're all nice so I rotate them year to year.

Does "moving" include just rotating the chanukiyah? If so, how could one with a "back" (like the one in these pictures) ever work -- how would you light it with that barrier between you and the candles?

(Is there someplace on the net where I could chase your references in English?)
