some Ladycorn pictures
Lady Stackicorn (or Ladycorn for short) arrived as spring did. When she arrived it had actually been in the 40s or higher for several days, but my yard didn't get the message:

Orlando (left) and Giovanni (right) welcomed her to the household:

Ladycorn joined Monica in welcoming Shabbat. Monica would like it to be known that this photo was taken shortly before she began Shabbat:

In this picture the Ladycorn defends Monica's red stapler, which is Stack Exchange swag from The Workplace.

Ladycorn was quite surprised to stumble upon this while browsing Worldbuilding. ("How could you?", she asked. Look, I don't write the questions...)

A view from the 43rd-floor office:

We went to Monica's alma mater, Carnegie Mellon, and stopped by the Fence. The Fence collapsed under the weight of hundreds of layers of paint some years back and was replaced. The current paint job isn't very exciting, but there were people camped out this evening so maybe tomorrow's version will be better.

The Ladycorn also visited Baker Hall and joined in the decades-old tradition of rubbing Mr. Hammerschlag's nose for good luck:

Neither of us really understands modern art. This sculpture was in front of Science Wean Hall 30 years ago, too.

Finally (for now), the Ladycorn joined me at choir practice, where our director, desperate to get us to pay more attention to our hypothetical audience, began conducting with her -- and I was laughing too hard to think about taking a picture. Oh well; some things will just have to be left to memory and imagination.
