May. 8th, 2002 12:26 pmI see that our electrician follows the philosophy of "well, as long as I'm here anyway, why not install more outlets?". Which is fine; I knew he was going to do that in the room that is going to be my office, and he promised to do the right things with distribution onto circuits. I was a little surprised to see several 4-slot outlets in the other room (other side of that wall) when we'd asked for an outlet, but that's fine. It probably took all of 5 extra minutes and an extra 50 cents in hardware.
He has to come back tomorrow to do the outlet in that room that has to be on a separate circuit. That one's harder, I guess. Fortunately, we discovered a dead breaker in the box -- hasn't worked in the 2.5 years we've lived here, so it must not be important -- that he can replace and use for the purpose.
