Follow the developments in Iran like a CIA analyst.

Andrew Sullivan's blog is a good aggregate.

Twitter groks their role.

Suggestion from [livejournal.com profile] asim: Another thing we in the West who are on Twitter can do that actually makes an impact. If you are active on Twitter, go to your Twitter Settings (upper left on Twitter website), and change your location to "Iran", and your Time Zone to "(GMT+03:30) Tehran". The Iranian regime is looking for Iranian twitter users, and their best vehicle are those setting. Having many others using it makes it harder for them to find and crack down on the protesters using the service, which is Critical right now for news and organizing.
