I envy your ability to get someone in Texas! I haven't been able to send mail for weeks from my main email address but the one time I tried it was clearly "James" in India working through a trouble tree that made no sense (and he wanted control of my computer), and I just became beyond frustrated (how does my own email address fail when I am not in the "to" box?? And how does that lead to a general failure of my email? And why is it that I can send to "outlook.com" but not "yahoo.com" or "gmail.com"??? Methinks a graylist ban....).

And hooray for answers? At least you'll know for next time...
