If the BOD thinks they're doing something about bigotry and hate-mongering, they're wrong -- they've taken no actions against *actual cases of that*. By making this change they probably think they're "doing something" and therefore don't need to do anything else, which is wrong. I liked it better when I thought the BOD was doing something about "scope on the ground".
