I guess the really hard part here is it still feels like the people we talk to are trying their best but stuff behind the scenes get... Muddled. They went fast when they needed to take a measured approach - and now seem reluctant to actually take the step of posting that long baking blog post cause... I don't know.
They can't make everyone happy - but this would be a good first step to rebuilding things
