Geek again. Technical is easy. Soft skills are hard. I kinda hope this is them trying to get it perfect and suffering from decision paralysis more than anything else, and quite a bit of something like technical debt.

I think some companies here have that - something works perfectly until one day they realize it dosen't, but have no idea why.

Fixing this is going to be long and painful
