Automatic restarts? Are they kidding? Is there no way to head it off? Just because a machine is unattended doesn't mean it's idle... overnight is the perfect time to run some jobs. Sheesh.

I wonder if I can get a new laptop with Windows 7 from IT. This one is starting to show its age, but I'm not ready for Win10 and all that comes with it.
