In all my years of several-times-a-year ophthalmologist visits, I never thought to ask about, and doctors never offered, color tests. Thanks for that tip.

I do have some weird sensitivities to light. Outdoors I squint a lot to keep the bright sun out, and lightbulb colors make a huge difference to me. (We just replaced kitchen fluorescents (ugh) with LEDs, and I told Dani that yes we have to spend the extra money for the ones at *this* temperature and not *that* one and trust me it's important.)
