I do not believe the company is acting in good faith.
I see my reinstatement as a necessary first step toward clearing my name of the *libel* they have committed. If they had handled things differently, if they had followed even *some* of their processes for resolving conflicts and (when necessary, which this wasn't but I digress) sanctioning users, this would have come out very differently. They have *willfully* caused me harm, and that needs to be answered -- directly if we can, or through other channels if necessary.
