If they had merely fired me unjustly, but otherwise followed their processes, I probably would have walked away by now (despite caring *deeply* about one community in particular). However, they smeared me in public, causing me damage, and even though "guilty until proven innocent" is an uphill battle, I can't let their libel stand like that. I see reinstatement as a necessary first step to reversing some of the damage they are actively and (maybe) willfully doing to me.
The company is very good at SEO. Guess what tops the Google results on my name today? That has to get fixed.
