I've heard that some moderators do think I violated the CoC, though from what I gather, they think I did so *more than a year ago*. Whether sudden, unwarned firing is an appropriate response to something that old is an open question; if so, several other people should have been fired too. And I don't have access to the transcripts to review for myself, so we're taking their word for it and, well, some people's words aren't worth very much. So there's that.
