Yes, I assume they're logging every keystroke I make anywhere on their network.
Things like the Teachers' Lounge transcript (all of it, not just what was leaked to Reddit) and the private team posts are also fair game in litigation. There's some stuff in there that I'm pretty sure they don't want to make available.
