The question really comes down to what business plan Prosus thinks they were buying.

My suspicion is that that plan has everything to do with Enterprise, and everything else is a trivial consideration at best. If so, then I would fully expect things to continue to get worse for the public sites. Hopefully I'm incorrect, but we'll see.
