It says "an agreement" -- but did you get anything in consideration of their misbehavior other than this half-hearted semi-apology?

I don't see any agreement, I see, in a condescending style, they admit that they are wrong, and they show their grace by allowing you to beg for reinstallment.

When I tried to click "-" on that "question", they did not allow me because one needs a "100+" "reputation". Mine seems to be higher than that, but it did not work.

Just another example of how crowdsourcing turns into crowd control, all the time, everywhere, and always in history. Laws of nature, I guess.
