When I did this in August, I did the following parts (all sung or chanted):
Last night the bar mitzvah did the following (and I did the rest of the above list): Shalom Aleichem, Lecha Dodi, Tzadik katamar, shema/v'ahavta, v'shamru, hatzi kaddish, kiddush, Aleinu.

- Tzadik katamar (end of Psalm 92)
- Barchu, ma'ariv arivim, ahavat olam
- kriat Shema, mi chamocha
- ush'mor tseiteinu
- v'shamru
- hatzi kaddish
- Amidah (mostly silent, some not)
- vaychulu etc
- full kaddish
- kiddush
- Aleinu
- Adon Olam
