cellioI'm trying to remember: what did we do during long compiles before the net was so ubiquitous, anyway?
Today, while adding an interest, I happened to notice a familiar name, Liralen Li. I corresponded with her a fair bit, oh, about 10-12 years ago, back in the early alt.callahans days, before the traffic and size of the community overwhelmed me. I haven't talked to her in ages, and now here I am bumping into her again randomly. (So Liralen, if you're reading my journal trying to figure out who this person who added you as a friend is, hi. I was mjc <at> cs.cmu.edu back then.)
